Data Processing Agreement

Vesence AB

This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) forms part of the Agreement between Vesence AB (“Vesence”) and the Customer and governs Vesence's processing of personal data on behalf of the Customer in connection with the Services.

The DPA supplements the General Terms and Conditions and is entered into between the parties upon execution of an Order Form.

All processing is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR and applicable data protection legislation. Data is processed exclusively within the European Union. The current list of subprocessors is published at vesenceai.com/subprocessors.
