October 28, 2025
Led by Emergence, Y Combinator, and Creandum, with participation from Paul Graham, Anton Osika, and operators from OpenAI.
Vesence today announced a $9 million seed funding round, led by Emergence, Y Combinator, and Creandum. The round also includes participation from Paul Graham (founder of Y Combinator), Anton Osika (founder of Lovable), and operators from OpenAI.
The funding will be used to accelerate product development and expand Vesence's presence across the European professional services market.
"Professional services firms are at an inflection point with AI," said Henrik Taro Hansson, CEO and Founder of Vesence. "The next leap is coding agents — and we're building the platform that professional services needs to adopt them."
Vesence has seen rapid adoption among law firms since launching, with customers including Cederquist, Kanter, and Andulf Advokatbyrå.
The round was led by Emergence, one of the leading enterprise software investors, alongside Y Combinator and Creandum.
